Rare 2nd Century Roman Bronze Mount Depicting a Face

A very detailed 2nd century Roman mount depicting a youthful, round face with etched hair. This very attractive piece has detailed facial features and the hair is styled in five curled knots. The mount could be of military origin. It measures 25 mm in diameter and still retains its 15 mm fixing pin.
