15th Century Bronze Pouring Spout    SOLD

Condition – Very good quality.

This 15th-century bronze pouring spout is from a priest’s laver (washing bowl). It is of the much rarer type that has a bulbous round section terminating in a circular exit spout. The laver spout is in very good condition with a fairly even patina. It is a very good quality example of the scarcer priest’s laver pouring spout variety and measures 50 mm in length.
