15th Century Lead Pilgrim’s Ampulla

Condition – Very good complete condition with no damage.

This 15th-century lead pilgrim’s ampulla is a flask shape. The obverse of the ampulla depicts a raised crown above crossed hatching, whilst the reverse has a scallop shell design. The ampulla retains both of its lugs and measures 45 mm in length and 35 mm in width.
